**Upper Level | Maintenance Classes at CBSF** Join us for two weeks of additional technique and conditioning classes before our 2026/27 Year-Round Program begins! Classes are held Monday - Friday the week of August 24th and the week of August 31st. **Schedule:** Week of August 24th: -Monday: Technique Class | 5:30 - 7:00pm -Tuesday: Pilates | 4:00 - 5:00 and Technique Class | 5:00 - 6:30pm -Wednesday: Technique Class | 5:30 - 7:00pm -Thursday: Pilates | 4:00 - 5:00 and Technique Class | 5:00 - 6:30pm -Friday: Technique Class | 5:30 - 7:00pm Week of August 31st: -Monday - Friday: Technique Class | 4:00 - 5:30pm **No proration for the two weeks of maintenance classes. Both weeks are a packaged rate (cannot pay for only one week). Payment must be made in full for both weeks. Attendance is encouraged for all classes, but not mandatory.**
