Year-Round Program

CBSF is happy to offer our beautiful studio space for rent to students who need a space to for private lessons, rehearsals, or personal use. Students can request to book any studio for up to 1 hour at a time for a flat rate of $25/hr.

Policies

• Arrangements for private lessons must be made with the instructor PRIOR to booking. Any bookings made without approval from the instructor will automatically be cancelled. ​​

• For classical YAGP rehearsals, 14 hours of studio rentals are included in the CBSF fee. Studio rental fees for contemporary rehearsals still apply.

• Earliest Booking: 3 weeks in advance

• Latest Booking: 24 hours prior. If a teacher does not see your booking on the calendar 24 hours in advance, we have advised them not to come in as we cannot guarantee availability. Failure to book in advance will result in forfeiture of the student discount, and regular rates will apply. 

• Latest Cancellation: 2 days in advance. This gives others a chance to utilize the space, and gives our teachers sufficient time to react.
