All prospective students must complete the application below. Once we receive your application, we will contact you within 5 business days.

Applications must be accompanied by two photos: a head shot and a ballet pose (on pointe if appropriate). 

​

Audition video should be 2-5 minutes in length. Please include a compilation of barre, center, and pointe (if applicable). 

​

A non refundable fee of $55.00 is required for all auditions, including video.
