Additional Information

Please provide any additional information that will help us place you in an appropriate assignment such as relevant skills, past volunteer experience or scheduling restrictions.

Which show would you prefer to volunteer for?

Saturday December 5 @ 2pm

Sunday December 6 @ 2pm

I would like to volunteer for both shows.

I would like wait until casting is announced to be assigned.

**We will wait until casting is finalized to assign parents to a particular day to ensure they are able to see their student perform in any featured role they may have. If you have a preference as to what day you would like to volunteer regardless of your child's casting, please let us know and select a specific date**

I hereby volunteer additional hours of my time to assist with CBSF's Nutcracker production. These hours are in addition to the 12 hours of volunteer work I signed up for initially. I understand that if I volunteer for the weekend of shows at Chorus Theater, I am guaranteed a free ticket to the show on the opposite day I am volunteering.
