Cancellation Policy

Booking and Payment Policy All studio rentals must be booked and paid for in full at the time of reservation. Reservations and payments can be made online via credit card. No cash payments are accepted. Requests made within 24 hours of the desired rental day/time may not be able to be accommodated in time. Weekend requests should be made by 12 pm on Friday. The studio rental rate is based on group size. Ensure the appropriate category is selected when booking to avoid additional charges. Cancellation and Refund Policy We require at least 2 weeks' notice for any changes to your reservation. Cancellations made with 5 days or more notice will be held as a credit for future rentals. All rentals are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation or rescheduling. Studio Usage Guidelines Renters are expected to leave the studio in the same condition in which it was found. This includes removing personal items, cleaning the floors if necessary, and ensuring all equipment is properly stored. No food or drinks (except water) are allowed inside the studio space.  Music volume must be kept at a respectful level. Ensure that your usage does not disturb other classes or renters. All rental activities must conclude by the end of the reserved time. Overstaying will result in an additional hourly charge. Studio Capacity Each rental category is based on group size. Renters must adhere to the capacity limits set for their booking: Exceeding the studio’s capacity limit without prior approval may result in surcharge fees or termination of the rental without refund. Damage and Liability Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the studio space or equipment during their rental period. A damage fee will be assessed for any repairs or replacements needed. The studio is not liable for any personal injuries or loss/damage to personal belongings during studio use. Renters are responsible for their own safety and that of their participants. Insurance Requirement For large group rentals or recurring rentals, renters may be required to provide proof of liability insurance. Please contact us for details if applicable.
